How does the decision maker choose?
It uses your browser's cryptographic random generator to pick one option with equal probability — no weighting, no bias, no tracking what you chose.
Is it really random and fair?
Yes. It uses crypto.getRandomValues (the same randomness used for security), not a predictable shuffle, so every option has an equal chance. Each line is one chance, so an option you list twice is twice as likely — remove the repeat if that’s not what you want.
Does it store my options?
Only if you press Save — then the list stays in this browser’s local storage, on this device only, until you delete it with ×. Nothing is ever uploaded; without Save, refresh and it’s gone.
Can I use it to decide what to eat?
That's the classic use. List the restaurants or dishes you're torn between and let it pick — no more 'I don't know, you choose.'

I caught myself adding “Burgers” while it was still deciding — and it picked from the old list as if Burgers didn't exist. Now the list is locked for the second and a half it takes to decide, so what you see is what's in the draw. If an option is on the list twice it says so, because each line is one chance and a repeat quietly doubles the odds. And I fixed my own small print: it used to say nothing is ever stored, but a list you Save does stay — in this browser only, until you tap ×.
Someone wrote in saying they open this every day to decide lunch — but re-typing the same options got old fast. Fair! So I added Save: name a list (like “Lunch”), and it is one tap to load it next time. Your lists stay in your browser, nothing uploaded.
