What to include
- Bug reports: the tool URL, your browser and OS, and a short description of what went wrong. Screenshots help.
- Tool suggestions: what problem you're trying to solve — not just "please add X". Context helps me decide what to prioritize.
- Privacy questions: see the privacy policy first; most answers are there.
Response times
It's just me, so I can't promise instant replies — but I aim to respond within 2–3 business days, and I read every message that comes in.
